Bear Path is the internet site that people log into to get their Concordia information (grades, transcripts, employee information, time cards, account balance).

How to Access Bear Path
- In a web browser go to the Concordia Portal Page
- Select Log into Secure Area.
- Enter your L Number and your pin number. This is a six digit number, typically your birthday if this is your first time logging on.
If this doesn't work, you will need your PIN reset.

FAQs
I don’t remember how to log in.
- Your ID is your Concordia ID (L00XXXXXX). Your PIN is originally set to your birth date in MMDDYY format. Once you log in you will be required to change your pin. If you have reset your pin and can not remember it, try the “forgot PIN” option on the log in screen.
I can’t recall my PIN.
- If the "forgot pin" option does not work, contact the Help Desk to have your PIN reset. The Help Desk can be reached by phone at (651)641-8866 or by email at helpdesk@csp.edu. Please be sure to include the following information:
- Full name
- L # (L00…)
- What system you are unable to log into (Network/Email, WebCT, Bear Path)
- Your most recent permanent home address (if you've moved recently, include both old and new addresses)
I have forgotten my "L" Number
- If you have forgotten or do not know your L-number:
- Student: Speak to your academic adviser or program manager
- Faculty: Speak to your department chair
- Staff: Speak to your supervisor, or Human Resources
- Note: The Help Desk cannot give L-number information out to people.
My Name has changed
- If your name has changed and you are a:
- Student: Speak to the Bear Center
- Faculty/Staff: Speak to Human Resources
I am unable to log into Bear Path with my Birthday
- When your pin is reset, it defaults to your six-digit birth date (i.e. 070183 for July 1, 1983)
- Contact the Bear Center to ensure the correct birth date is not on file.
- In very few cases, this PIN is reset to the last six digits of your L number. Try that. If it does not work, contact the Bear Center.
I am having problems registering for classes
- If you have questions about registration, you should contact the Bear Center
I think I may have a hold on my account
- If you have a hold on your financial accounts, you may have trouble accessing grades. You need to speak to the Bear Center.
When is my Bear Path account established?
- If you do not have an account, your registration has not gone through. If you just registered within the past week, please wait until you have been fully registered, and you will receive an account. If it has been over a week since you registered the Help Desk will send a work order to Network Services.
How do I enter grades into Bear Path?

I would like to submit my time card

I cannot access Bear Path at work
- Many offices have enabled firewalls in order to stop unauthorized access into a secure network in order to access Bear Path port 8080 will need to be enabled by your network administrator.
