Conference Calls
There are two types of conference calls available on the Concordia University phone system, basic conference calls using the Confrn softkey, and MeetMe conference calls using the MeetMe softkey.

Basic Conference Call Instructions
A basic conference call can support a conference of up to 3 parties including the person initiating the call. You may think of this as more of a 3-way call.
- Dial the number for the person want to call
- When the person answers press the More softkey on the phone
- This will put the first person on hold while you complete the conference.
- Press the Confrn softkey
- Dial the next number
- Press Confrn again
- When you are finished with the call press the End Call softkey on the phone.
