Disable Optional Voicemail Greetings

To disable an Optional Greeting in your voice mail, please follow the steps below:

1. Press the messages button on your phone
2. Enter your voice mail password/PIN
3. Press 8 for user options
4. Press 4 for greetings
5. Press 6 for optional greetings
6. Press 2 to change your optional greeting
7. Press 0 to turn off your optional greeting
