Concordia also supports Outlook Web Access which allows you to check your e-mail through any computer with access to the internet.
FAQ
I can't send or receive any e-mails
Double check to ensure that you are not set as working offline.
Also, when you type the entire email address out, rather than start to type and let outlook auto complete the address, type out the address manually.
Another possible issue with this is if your email is full. Go through and delete any emails you do not need to keep, emails from your sent folder and make sure to delete them from your deleted items folder as well.
When does my account expire?
Student email accounts will never expire. Students may continue to use their Google Apps email account for as long as they desire after graduating or leaving Concordia.
