E-mail Forwarding
It is possible to have your e-mail forwarded at Concordia University. In order to have your e-mail forwarded, you must follow the below policy.

E-mail Forwarding Policy
Concordia University has developed several guidelines in having an e-mail account forwarded to a non-CSP account.
- The individual is responsible for the accuracy of the forwarding address and non-CSP account.
- Once the forwarded e-mail has left the Concordia network, it is no longer the responsibility of the university.
- Concordia administrative offices will continue to address and send the e-mail to the CSP account, which then may be forwarded onto the non-CSP account.
- Under normal circumstances a request to have e-mail forwarded may take one to two business days to process.
- Once the forwarding request has been processed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the non-CSP account.

Faculty/Staff E-mail Forwarding Process
Faculty/Staff wishing to forward the CSP account will need to provide first name, last name, CSP username, L-number, and new forwarded address through an e-mail sent from the legitimate CSP e-mail account to E-mail Forwarding. This process is in place to protect e-mail privacy and user security.
