Encrypted wireless network

Wireless Networks should be encrypted in order to better ensure the security of everyone involved. There are several different types of encryption that can be enabled on home networks, but this is entirely at the discretion of the owner of the network. In order to assist with connecting to an encrypted network you will need to know the SSID or "Network Name", the Type of Encryption, and the encryption password.

Concordia Wireless

If you have a Concordia issued laptop or desktop, you should be able to log on to the encrypted wireless network that is appropriate for your residence or office location. If you are a Concordia student working without a Concordia issued laptop, you will not be able to access Concordia wireless and will need to instead use the profile "cspguest". This profile is accessed the same way that you would access any other wireless profile on your non-Concordia issued computer. For more information on encrypted wireless networks at Concordia go to Wireless Profiles.
