FAQ:WebCT Course Content

My syllabus, or other documents that are supposed to appear in WebCT are not there.

If this issue arises and it is less than two weeks from the start of your course, e-mail your instructor and let them know about the issue. If it is further out than two weeks, syllabi (student guides) are not uploaded to WebCT until two weeks prior to the start of the course. This saves students from downloading outdated syllabi. If the issue persists, contact WebCT Support.

I receive the error "This document has not been made available in student view" when trying to download course materials.

This occurs when instructors haven't updated the student view on some of their updated documents. This issue is easily resolved by your instructor, so contact them and let them know.
