Discussion board postings are not visible.
In most cases, you will just need to click the Update listing button within the discussion board area. If this still doesn't work, Make sure that the All button does not have a box around it. The box should be around the "Unread" button. To get the boxes around the "Un", you need to click on the All button. If the issue persists, contact WebCT Support.
Postings seem jumbled and out of order.
Make sure that the Threaded button does not have a box around it. The box should be around the Unthreaded button. To get the boxes around the "Un", you need to click on the Threaded button. If the issue persists, contact WebCT Support.
I see my professors post, but not my reply to it.
In most cases, you will just need to click on the Update Listing button within the discussion board area. If this still doesn't work, try clicking on the Compose Message button and post a message of your own. If the message shows up after you click on the Post button, then click on the Update Listing button again and contact your instructor. If the issue persists, contact WebCT Support.
