Forwarding Your Phone

You may forward your Cisco phone to any on campus extension including your voice mail.

Forwarding Instructions

1. Press the CFwdALL soft key.
2. Dial the extension that you wish to forward your calls to or press the messages button to forward all your calls to voice mail.

Forwarding Using The CCMUser Web Interface

Using the CCMUser web interface, you may forward your phone using any web browser. This means that you do not have to be at your desk to forward your phone.

1. Using a web browser navigate to the CCMUser web interface at the following link https://cspvoip1.csp.edu/ccmuser/logon.asp.
2. Accept the security warning by clicking yes or OK.
3. Type your network username into the User ID* field.
4. Type your network password into the Password* field.
5. Press the Enter key on your keyboard or click the LogOn button on the page.
6. Click the Forward all calls to a different number link.
7. Check the box next to Forward all incoming calls on line 1 (XXXX) to
8. Choose Voice Mail, if you would like to forward all your calls to voice mail.
9. Choose this number if you would like to forward all your calls to a different campus extension, and type the extension into that field.
10. Click the Update button

Unforwarding Your Phone

Simply press the CFwdALL soft key to unforward your phone.

Follow the steps 1 - 7 above to unforward your phone from the CCMUser web interface, and click the Update button on the page.
