Google Apps Signature
To create a personalized signature in Google Apps, you may go to the following link Personalized Signature or follow these instructions.
- Click Settings.
- Scroll down to the Signature: section.
- Enter your new signature text. As you type, the radio button will shift from No Signature to the text box.
- Click Save Changes.
Signatures in Google Apps are in gray text and appear at the bottom of each message. If you do not want your signature to appear on a specific message, you can manually delete it before sending the message. Just highlight the text and delete it.
