Google Apps for Cohort Status

The Concordia University I.T. Department has completed the Google Apps Migration for all cohort students. As a result of this transition the Library Database Password and the password you use to check your CSP issued e-mail are now separate.

E-mail Transferred from Outlook Web Access to Google Apps for CSP

All e-mail that was in your Outlook Account has been transferred to your Google Apps for CSP Account. The username and e-mail address will remain the same in Google Apps for CSP as it was in your Outlook Web Access account. You will no longer be able to receive or view messages in Outlook Web Access from this point forward, you should instead use Google Apps for CSP in order view and send e-mail.

The Log-in page for Google Apps for CSP is located on the Campus Portal Page in the upper right hand corner. Although this account looks like a Gmail account, you cannot log in through Google’s homepage, you must instead use the link located on the Concordia Campus Portal Page.

E-mail Password Reset

The password for your Google Apps for CSP account is now separate from your library database password. This password has been set to your L Number. The password is case sensitive so you should be sure to use a capital “L” to log in to the Google Apps for CSP.

Library Database Passwords Changed

The complete migration of accounts has required that student library database passwords be reset to the L Number. The password is case sensitive so you should be sure to use a capital “L” to log in to the Library Databases. This password is now separate from the password that is used to check CSP issued e-mail. If you contact the Help Desk to have your library database log-in password changed, it will not affect your Google Apps Password.
