Introduction to Web Support
Welcome to Concordia University, Saint Paul! We have developed a variety of online resources to help ensure your success as a member of Concordia. Most of these resources give you immediate access to online support, anywhere, anytime.
CSP PORTAL PAGE
The CSP Connect is the webpage that you utilize to access all of your online resources. Therefore, it is the only page that you need to add to the “Favorites” or make your homepage in Internet Explorer, http://connect.csp.edu.
The Secure Access Login allows you to access your BearPath (personal educational and financial management). The links in the bottom-right corner allow you to login to WebCT (online course tool), Google Apps (e-mail) account, and Outlook (for faculty).
Once you log in and access the Library and Technology tab, the I.T. Help link takes you to the IT Help Desk website, where you can search for general computer information and support.
WEBCT LOGIN AND RESOURCE CENTER
This site is specifically for WebCT training and support, and is accessed by clicking on WebCT from the CSP Portal Page. Click on a guide to view it.
The Online Learning Modules link allows you to access personal training simulations so that you can learn at your own pace.
Click on WebCT Support to configure your computer or obtain additional WebCT assistance.
