How to Access the LMC 114 Calendar in Outlook
Note: You will need to use the program Outlook that is installed on your computer in order to make this work.
- Open Microsoft Outlook.
- View your calendar through the Navigation Pane on the bottom left side of the program.
- Click on the Open a Shared Calendar... link.
- Click on the Name button.
- First, make sure the "Global Address List is selected as the Address Book.
- Then, type in "LMC114" in the Search field.
- Click on the OK button twice.
From here, you will be able to view the LMC 114 calendar to view open times. Then you can use the LMC 114 request form to request a date and time.
