Optional Voicemail Greetings



Concordia's voice mail system allows you to create additional Optional Greetings without having to change your Personal Greeting. These greetings may be enabled or disabled as you need them.

Adding and enabling an Optional Greeting

  1. Press the messages button on your phone
  2. Enter your voice mail password/PIN
  3. Press 8 for User Options
  4. Press 4 for Greetings
  5. Press 6 to for Optional Greetings
  6. Press 1 to record an Optional Greeting
  7. Press any 2 digits (01 - 99) to give your Optional Greeting a number that you can use in the future.
  8. Press 2 to record the optional greeting
  9. Press # when finished recording
  10. Press 1 to accept the recording or Press 2 to re-record it
  11. Press 6 to go back to the Optional Greeting menu
  12. Press 2 to enable your Optional Greeting
  13. Press the 2 digit number of the Optional Greeting that you would like to enable for your mail box (NOTE: This will make it the active greeting on your phone)
