FAQ

A great tool in Microsoft Outlook is Microsoft Office Outlook Help. This icon can be found in the Standard toolbar at the top of the page. The icon is a blue circle with a question mark inside it. If you click on this icon, it will open Outlook Help on the side of your screen. Here, you can search for almost any topic within Outlook. For example, if you wanted to know how to create a distribution list, you could type in "make a distribution list." It will then pull up numerous topics related to this, the first of which would be "Create a distribution list." If you click on this, it will open another box with instructions of how to do this. The Outlook Help box is a great tool for questions you may have about using your Outlook.
