Post Chat Transcripts

Go into the course you wish to post the transcripts.
Within the Designer Links menu on the left side of the page, click on the Add Page or Tool link.
Under the Pages heading, click on Single Page.
In Step 1, enter a title for the page such as Room 2 transcripts (if you are recreating the original chat transcripts that may have been deleted, type in Chat Transcripts).
In Step 2, click Browse. You will see all the folders and files inside your class.
Click on the Chats folder in order to open it. You will see four text files within the folder. Click the bullet next to the file of the chat room you wish to link (Room1.txt is the default "Chat transcript" text).
Click Add Selected at the bottom of the window. Leave the default settings for the rest of the options in this step.
In Step 3, click the check box next to On an Organizer Page. In the drop-down box, select Chats. Leave the default settings for the rest of the options in this step.
Finally, click Add. The transcript is now posted on the Chats page.
