What is the Print Screen Button?
The print screen button is a very common part of most keyboards and therefore a valuable tool in helping individuals.

How do you use it?
- Locate the button at the top of the computer keyboard. On Concordia laptops (R61) the print screen button is located in the top row of keys, just to the right of the power button. It is abbreviated on the key as "PrtSc".
- Press it at whatever point you wish to copy your screen
- An easy way to access your screen shot is to open a word document in Microsoft Office Word and select paste.
