Resetting Your Phone

If you ever wish to receive the latest software for your office or residence hall phone you must follow the following sequence.

Phone Reset Sequence

1. Press the Settings Button
2. Press the following sequence of buttons: *,*,#,*,*
3. Your phone will reboot with the latest software and update to the new time.
4. In order to complete the update, you may need to run this sequence twice.
