Sharing Outlook Calendar
Outlook allows you to share your calendar so that other people at Concordia can view it and propose or create appointments.

Allowing people to view your appointments
- In Outlook, go to your calendar page.
- Right click on Calendar under the My Calendars menu.
- Select Sharing...
- In the menu that pops up, you want to set the Default and Anonymous users as Reviewer

Allowing people to create appointments
- In Outlook, go to your calendar page.
- Right click on Calendar under the My Calendars menu.
- Select Sharing...
- Click Add...
- Select the person you want to give permissions to by selecting their name in the list, or typing their name in the search field.
- Once their name is highlighted, click Add ->
- Click OK
- Set the new user as Editor
- Click OK
