Sharing Outlook Calendar

Outlook allows you to share your calendar so that other people at Concordia can view it and propose or create appointments.


Allowing people to view your appointments

  1. In Outlook, go to your calendar page.
  2. Right click on Calendar under the My Calendars menu.

  3. Select Sharing...
  4. In the menu that pops up, you want to set the Default and Anonymous users as Reviewer

Allowing people to create appointments

  1. In Outlook, go to your calendar page.
  2. Right click on Calendar under the My Calendars menu.

  3. Select Sharing...
  4. Click Add...

  5. Select the person you want to give permissions to by selecting their name in the list, or typing their name in the search field.
  6. Once their name is highlighted, click Add ->
  7. Click OK
  8. Set the new user as Editor

  9. Click OK
