Speed Dial

It is possible to configure your VoIP phone at Concordia to use speed dialing. Configuring speed dials is handled through a special Concordia website.

Configuring Speed Dialing

1. Click the following link: https://cspvoip1.csp.edu/ccmuser/logon.asp
2. A security alert will appear, click Yes
3. In the UserID and Password Fields, type your network username and password. Then press the Log on button.
4. Click on Add/Update your Speed Dials
5. In the Speed Dial box type the number you wish to call. Off-campus calls must have a 9 prefix.
6. In the Display Text box type the name that you wish to have associated with that Speed Dial.
7. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on Update
8. Now your speed dial is stored.

Activating a Stored Speed Dial

1. On your phone, press the number speed dial you wish to call.
2. Select the soft key labeled AbbrDial
3. If you have entered the number properly, the number should dial.
