This is a list of software supported by the Concordia University Information & Technology Department. The Information & Technology Department will add additional products as necessary. Information & Technology reserves the right to reduce support for products when support offerings of vendors is decreased.

Support Levels
| A | High Level | I.T. will make every effort to resolve issues swiftly. I.T. has a in-depth knowledge of the software. Documentation is provided online. |
| B | Medium Level | I.T. will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues. I.T. has a general knowledge of the software. Documentation may be available online. |
| C | Low Level | I.T. will make a best faith effort to resolve issues. I.T. has a limited knowledge of the software. Documentation may be available online. |
| U | Unsupported | I.T. may not be able to offer any assistance with this software. |
