To begin, in order to access Concordia email (webmail) account through Outlook Web Access, you will need to know your network "username" and "password" (These are also used to log in to Concordia issued laptops and the library databases). If you do not know your "username" or "password" please contact the Help Desk in person, by phone, or by email.
(If you are a student, your "username" is typically the first 7 letters of your last name plus your first initial. If you are a faculty/staff member, it's simply your whole last name.)
On your web browser open the [Campus Home Portal] and click on the Outlook link on the top right hand column.
In the "username" field, enter your Concordia network username and in the "password" field, enter your network password. Click Log On, and your email screen should appear.
When finished, click Log Off in the lower left-hand side of the screen.
